Tori was born to deal with STUFF. Tori came to my home for two days to help me thin out years of un-dealt-with closets, kitchen cabinets, bookshelves and piles of mail. I wanted to feel lighter as I live in a rental and don't want scary shelves of who knows what anymore. I plan to move relatively soon and was feeling way to weighed down. I thought of Tori as a personal trainer for "dealing with stuff." I would recommend her to anyone who wants to feel lighter in their home.
We made bags to toss, bags to donate and made designated spaces for everything. Also, legitimately Tori was put on this planet to do this. She is fun to spend time with, totally non-judgmental and wise about how to use space. "Do you really need this? Do you like it? Do you use it?" More often than not my answer was, no. I've often fantasized about a personal organizer but thought it indulgent or for a super-permanent forever home. I wish I had called Tori sooner!

Wow. I felt so disorganized, overwhelmed and stressed about the clutter in my apartment before a big move. Tori confidently tackled clutter (those drawers with random office supplies, old phone chargers, etc) in an efficient and logical manner personalized to my lifestyle. She challenged me to get rid of things I haven’t used in years and redistribute (not throw out) them to people in need.
One of the best parts is she brings the bags of stuff you don’t need to charitable organizations. I felt mentally lighter, found things I didn’t even know I had and now actually use them, and felt good about giving to those in need. I look forward to coming home now and living in a more “zen” organized space. Very grateful for Tori - she is one of a kind!

I worked with Tori this past Sunday on a closet overhaul and it was one of the best things I have ever done!!! She is so good at what she does and makes the process so easy and comfortable. I have been living in my apartment for 6 years so stuff had naturally accumulated and I was in a total rut.
I got rid of 10 garbage bags of clothing, shoes and bags, 7 of which Tori took to Housing Works to be donated when she left me. She made something I have been putting off and dreading for years into a fun experience!! Now I can actually see my clothing and I know what I have. I am having her back soon to do the rest of my apartment (kitchen, linens, etc) and I can't wait!

We recently moved from a large, suburban home with tons of storage space into a decently sized NYC apartment - but it's still a NYC apt. We did a lot of purging, but we were very concerned about how we were going to fit it all in. Well.... Tori to the rescue!! Over the course of two very pleasant days Tori helped us to further pare down our stuff and to find a place for EVERYTHING! Tori is a delightful person, and very very very good at what she does. Tori is a life changer! I hired her to help me organize my office space after years of struggling with clutter and an ADHD-induced inability to get it all in order, and, wow, what a difference. I now actually enjoy working at my desk, and I have (slowly but surely) applied her suggestions and systems to the rest of my apartment and the entire place is just more pleasing to the eye and less anxiety-inducing.
